Qualification Requirements: A 1st place carrying five Championship points plus two additional Championship points in Open, Limited, Special, or Restricted All-Age Stakes in AKC Member or Licensed Trials in the current qualification year (within the year preceding the National Championship Stake). Winners of the previous National Championship, current year's Canadian National, current year's National Amateur, and the current year's Canadian National Amateur Championship Stake are automatic qualifiers – but the last two named must be handled by an Amateur in the National.

Training Birds: TBA Training Grounds: TBA For training grounds and scheduling please contact TBA. Bitch Check: The bitch check will be held immediately following the General meeting at Wolf Creek Plantation. Birds: Pheasants and ducks will be used during the national. Scratch Policy: Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog, or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee. Running Order: The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service. The first running dog will be determined at approximately 3:3o pm, during the annual meeting Friday, November 6th, the day before the event starts.
