Dogs that qualify at the 2019 American Chesapeake Club Field Trial Specialty will be permitted to enter no later than 8 pm Eastern time November 6th, 2019.
Scratch Policy:
Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee.
Running Order:
The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service and the first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:00 pm, during the annual meeting Friday, November 8th, the day before the event starts.

Training birds need to be ordered two weeks in advance of the first draw. Training birds will be available beginning Monday morning, Nov. 4th. Specific location and time will be provided through Entry Express and Retriever News websites and Qualifier announcements at a later date. (Ducks – $14; Roosters – $14; Hens – $13)
Training Grounds:
Training areas will be available and will be allocated each day by lottery drawing starting Monday, November 4th thru Friday, November 8th. The drawing will take place at The Inn at 5:30 pm each evening. Please take note that any dog that is qualified for the NRC will not be allowed to train on any of the grounds used for the trial within 30 days prior to the start of the trial. Any violations will be subject to disqualification.
A Training Grounds and Test Site Guide will be available online – coming in October. *Please Note: If you would like a paper copy of the training sites, please print the digital copy. Printed training guides will not be provided.
