Bitch Check:  
Bitch check will be conducted on Saturday, November 16, 2013 immediately following the National Retriever Club Annual Meeting in the parking lot in front of Theatre on the Green. Katie Anderson DVM, will conduct the Bitch check.

Scratch Policy:
Entry fees will be refunded in full for a bitch coming into season prior to and during the trial. A full refund will be given for a sick or injured dog with a veterinarian certificate. The Field Trial Committee must approve extenuating circumstances before a refund will be given.

Training areas will be allocated each day by lottery drawing starting November 12, 2013 through November 15, 2013. The drawing will take place in the lobby of the Headquarters, The Quality Inn Cheraw each evening at 7 pm.
 
A listing of training areas and descriptions and photos of each will be available along with maps, directions, and rules and regulations pertinent to each area.

2013 NRC Qualifiers

Qualification Requirements: A 1st place carrying five Championship points plus two additional Championship points in Open, Limited, Special, or Restricted All-Age Stakes in AKC Member or Licensed Trials in the current qualification year (within the year preceding the National Championship Stake). Winners of the previous year's National Championship, current year's Canadian National, current year's National Amateur, and the current year's Canadian National Amateur Championship Stake are automatic qualifiers.
