Scratch Policy: Entry Fees will be refunded in full for a bitch coming into season prior to and during the trial. A full refund will be given for a sick or injured dog with a veterinarian certificate. The Field Trial Committee must approve extenuating circumstances before a refund will be given.

You must identify National Amateur Retriever Club to obtain special rates and waiver of daily pet fee. A block of 80 rooms has been reserved at their lowest daily rates until May 16, 2013. There are several room types. The tower rooms are more expensive (four star) and do not allow dogs in the rooms. The rest of the hotel will allow dogs in the rooms with no extra fee. Weekend day rates are slightly higher.
