Training:
Arrangements have been made to provide approximately 20 training sites, most are within 20 miles of Headquarters. Pre-National Training packets and maps will be available at Headquarters beginning Sunday, June 12, 2011. A drawing for training sites will be held near the Lobby at Headquarters each evening at 6:00 PM beginning on Sunday, June 12, 2011.

Directions:
Maps and written directions will be posted at Headquarters daily. There are numerous maps to the various training and test sites. The posted directions will use paved roads, as much as possible, for dust control. Please cooperate.

Scratch Policy:
Entry fees will be refunded in full for a bitch coming into season prior to and during the trial. A full refund will be given for a sick or injured dog with a veterinarian certificate. The Field Trial Committee must approve extenuating circumstances before a refund will be given.

A block of 84 rooms will held until May, 12, 2011 then any unsold rooms will released to the hotel for general sale. You must request the National Amateur Retriever Club rate and any cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one night's room and tax.
Rates: City side $111.99 plus tax, Lake side $128.99 plus tax.
Only 10 pet rooms are available. 12 additional rooms have been reserved for Corporate Sponsors with the same rates & conditions.
