Test sites will be closed for training to qualified dogs starting October 6th 2025. Bitch Check: The bitch check will be held immediately following the General meeting at Wolf Creek Plantation. Birds: Pheasants and ducks will be used during the national. Scratch Policy: Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog, or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee. Running Order: The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service. The first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:oo pm, during the annual meeting Friday, November 7th, the day before the event starts.
