The Headquarters rooms that are blocked out will not be affected by this. Bitch Check: Bitch check will be conducted on Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Lane County Events Center immediately following the NRC Annual General Meeting. Scratch Policy: Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee. Running Order: The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service. The first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:00 pm, during the annual meeting Friday, November 10th, the day before the event starts.
