from 6:30 am – 3:00 pm daily during the trial.

Training Grounds:
The drawing for the next day’s training sites will be at 6:00 pm each night at the HQ hotel, Hampton Inn. The first drawing will be Sunday, November 7th at 6:00 pm and will be for Monday November 8th.
A Training Grounds and Test Site Guide will be available online – coming in October. *Please Note: If you would like a paper copy
of the training sites, please print the digital copy. Printed training guides will not be provided.

Bitch Check:
Bitch check will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2021 immediately following the National Retriever Club Annual Meeting.

Scratch Policy:
Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee.

Running Order:
The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service and the first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:00 pm, during the annual meeting Friday, November 6th, the day before the event starts.

It is the policy of the National Retriever Club that no dog that is already Qualified for the upcoming 2021 National Retriever Championship shall be trained on the designated Field Trial Grounds in the 30 days preceding the start of the Championship Stake.
