Closing Date: Online entries close Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11:59 pm CT. Those who qualify November 1 - November 6, 2016 must call Tina Styan (Office: 262-278-4201 or cell: 414-405-7833) or Dave Opseth (540-272-2649) by noon CT Monday, November 7, 2016 with their entry.
Scratch Policy: Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee.
Running Order: The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service and the first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:00 pm, during the annual meeting Saturday, November 12th, the day before the event starts.
