Clear Creek Sports Club. Directions to the field trial grounds and/or caravans will be posted from the headquarters each day of the trial.

Administrative Fee of $15.00 for ONLINE entries.
Closing Date: Online entries close Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11:59 pm CT. Those who qualify October 30 - November 1, 2015 must call Tina Styan (Office: 262-278-4201 or cell: 414-405-7833) or Dave Opseth (540-272-2649) by noon CT Monday, November 2, 2015 with their entry.
Scratch Policy: Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the Field Trial Committee.
Running Order: The draw will be conducted by Entry Express service and the first running dog will be determined at approximately 2:00 pm, during the annual meeting Saturday, November 7th, the day before the event starts.

Birds shall be ordered before October 24, paid in advance. Special arrangements need to be made for birds before November 2nd or after November 8th. Late qualifiers call ASAP to order. Payment in full will be required with your order and birds not picked up will result in a forfeiture of the payment.
Training:
Training areas will be available and will be allocated each day by lottery drawing starting Monday, November 2nd thru Friday, November 6th. The drawing will take place at The Inn at 5:30 pm each evening. Please take note that any dog that is qualified for the NRC will not be allowed to train on any of the grounds used for the trial within 30 days prior to the start of the trial. Any violations will be subject to disqualification.

National Retriever Championship Challenge Trophy - An award of the National Retriever Club to remain in the possession of the owner until the next running of the National Championship Stake the following year.
The Professional Handlers' Trophy - An award of the National Retriever Club to the handler of the winner, if a professional, to remain in the possession of the handler of the winner until the next running of the National Championship Stake if handled by a professional. The handler also receives a replica of this trophy.
