Northwest Game Birds is supplying ALL of our training birds. Due to an extensive outbreak of avian flu this winter in the Pacific Flyway, the State of Montana is imposing additional restrictions on the importation of birds. NO BIRDS WILL BE ALLOWED TO CROSS THE STATE LINE INTO MONTANA. Meaning, DO NOT Bring your pre-National training birds into the state of Montana. You must purchase ALL of your pre-National training birds from Northwest Gamebirds -- see the attached Bird order Form. Northwest Gamebirds will be located at Eric Fangsrud's place, it is off of Round Butte Rd and Cornelius. Go 5.5 miles west of Ronan on Round Butte Rd. Turn Right onto Cornelius Rd and go .3 miles and turn left into the property.
Transportation: The international airport in Missoula, MT (63.5 miles South of Headquarters via Hwy 93)
Served by: Alaskan Airlines, Allegiant, Delta, Frontier and United Airlines.
Rental Cars: The airport is served by all major rental car companies.
Directions: Maps and written directions will be posted at the Headquarters daily. There are numerous training and test sites. The posted directions will use paved roads, as much as possible, for dust control. Please cooperate.

HEALTH CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
All dogs that will be on Training and Test Grounds are required to produce a letter certifying or Health Certificate stating that at the time of their Veterinarian office visit, they were not exhibiting signs of Upper Respiratory Infection. The specified document should be issued no earlier than 7 days prior to their arrival at Training and Test Grounds surrounding Ronan, MT or June 1st, whichever comes first. The specified document produced on the Veterinarian’s Letterhead shall state that the dog is clear of any URIs. In addition, we will require a current vaccination record.
The Chairman or their designee will be at the Bitch Check and document lines to record compliance with these documents. Failure to comply will result in that dog not being able to run the trial. This information was sent by email to all Qualifiers on June 1st by the Field Trial Committee.
Bitch Check – Immediately following the General Meeting at the Kwa Tuq Nuk Resort and Casino.
Labrador Conformation Certificate – Members of the Labrador Retriever Club will be on the premises at the conclusion of the meetings for a Conformation evaluation.
Scratch Policy: Entry Fees will be refunded in full for a bitch coming into season prior to and during the trial. A full refund will be given for a sick or injured dog with a veterinarian certificate. The Field Trial Committee must approve extenuating circumstances before a refund will be given.
