Bitch Check
Bitch check will be conducted pm Saturday, November 10, 2012 immediately following the National Retriever Club Annual Meeting the parking lot adjacent to the Walden Yacht Club. Dr. Mary Tatum DVM will conduct the bitch check.
Training Birds:
ALL training birds are $12.00 each, paid in advance by mail.

Scratch Policy
Entry fees for the scratches will be refunded in full for a bitch in season prior to and during the running of the trial, appropriate veterinarian certificate for sick or injured dog or extenuating circumstances approved by the field trial committee.

Training areas will be allocated each day by lottery drawing starting Tuesday, November 6th through Friday evening, November 9th, 2012. The drawing will take place in the lobby of the Headquarters, The Lake Conroe Best Western each evening at 7 pm.
A list of training areas with descriptions and photos of each will be available along with maps, directions, and rules and regulations pertinent to each area.
